This is an unique opportunity for a Marketing Manager who wants to take ownership in designing, leading and implementing our marketing strategy! As a Marketing Manager within aanmelder.nl you are involved in various projects across the conversion team, creatively working on expanding our B2B network. In some projects you will have a supporting role, in others you will take on the role of the project leader. Together with your Marketeer colleague, you work closely with the sales team and the Customer Success team. You like to think along about how we can best shape the strategic marketing plan and value data driven decisions, thorough organisation and true business partnerships with other stakeholders. In your role as B2B Marketing Manager, you will partner and have a strong alignment with the sales team to ensure that the marketing strategy will accelerate the sales cycle and improve conversion to customers. You are a strong team-player who is able to build relationships, share knowledge and manage campaigns based on data and metrics.

What will you be doing?

  • Design, implement and lead the marketing strategy;

  • Demonstration of a metrics-driven approach to success and can show Return on Investment (ROI) by tracking results from funded marketing activity against budget

  • Measure and report key findings from campaigns to decide on the most successful short and long-term marketing efforts;

  • Review on a weekly basis the online campaign result and optimize budget allocation according to the set budget;

  • Perform A/B testing of key marketing materials and strategies to drive ongoing campaign optimization;

  • Manage and improve performance in organic and paid search, including design and implementation of SEO and SEA optimization tactics to improve the customer journey;

  • You have solid general experience in major digital marketing platforms and analytics, ideally specifically in Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Hubspot;

  • Manage other offline Marketing campaigns (prints, events, etc.) to support the online marketing business;

  • Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, Hubspot (preferred) and Data systems;

  • Oversee the creative strategy, the content deployment and brand management;

  • Coach the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities such as email campaigns, Hubspot and CRM;

  • Development and delivery of demand generation campaigns to meet lead pipeline objectives in the region

  • Introduce new products to the market using creative tools and content based on a clear strategy and roadmap.

Who are you?

  • You have at least hbo completed education and thinking level;

  • You have minimum 3 years work experience with B2B marketing;

  • You have extensive experience with SEO and SEA;

  • You have strong analytical and leadership skills;

  • You value data driven decisions;

  • Are an analytical, energetic and proactive multitasker;

  • You have a strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving impact and business results

  • You have an eye for detail;

  • You are a good and enthusiastic communicator;

  • You have outstanding Dutch and English skills;

  • You have a creative mindset and like to write inspiring stories;

  • You actively ask for feedback and are not afraid to give constructive feedback on other people's work.
